Drink URJ Unroasted Java Packs

At Drink URJ, we stand behind the quality and freshness of our unroasted java stick packs. Because our products are consumable, we have specific return guidelines to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Returns

We accept returns only on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

Product must be unopened and sealed
Product must be in original packaging
Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, all opened products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Because Drink URJ is a consumable green coffee product, we cannot restock or resell any opened items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Drink URJ order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Submit the Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number
Attach photos of the product and packaging

We will respond promptly to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete processing.
