The science behind our beans
AND THE NUTRITION BEHIND OUR BRAND
The Big 3: What Makes Up the Bean?

CARBS (50–60%): Just like grains or nuts, most of a raw coffee bean is made of structural carbohydrates that give the bean its tough shape. It also contains natural plant sugars that caramelize when cooked.
HEALTHY FATS & OILS (10–16%): Concentrated deep inside the seed, these natural oils carry unique compounds like cafestol and kahweol—compounds widely studied in cardiovascular research related to unfiltered coffee.
PROTEIN (10–13%): Surprising fact—raw green coffee actually has more digestible protein than roasted coffee! High roasting temperatures destroy a lot of these delicate proteins.

The Superfood compounds
CHLOROGENIC ACIDS (ANTIOXIDANTS): This is green coffee's true claim to fame. It packs an unusually massive dose of antioxidants—far more than almost any other everyday plant.
CAFFEINE: Gives the plant its kick. If you want extra caffeine, Robusta beans carry almost double the punch of Arabica beans!
Essential Minerals & Vitamins

Loaded with POTASSIUM & MAGNESIUM: Coffee is actually one of the top subtle sources of daily minerals in the standard diet. Potassium dominates the profile, alongside magnesium, calcium, and trace minerals like iron and zinc.
